Marlin D. Meisinger – Co-Owner and Corporate President

Marlin has over thirty years of construction experience.  He is a previous member of Varco-Pruden’s National President’s Advisory Council (three terms), Varco-Pruden’s Key Builders Club (the St. Joseph Region), a former member of Varco-Pruden’s St. Joseph Profit Center Advisory Council from 1987 to 1991, and has previously been one of the five builder members on the National Varco-Pruden Product Review Committee.

Scott D. Nixon – Co-Owner and Corporate Vice-President

Scott has over twenty-five years of experience in general contracting and metal building construction.

Doug Holmquist – Comptroller / Office Manager

Doug has over twenty-two years of experience in general contracting accounting and metal building construction. 

His office is fully integrated in computer technology.

Bob has over thirty-four years of experience in the construction industry, twenty of which were as an experienced crew foreman.  He is familiar with Varco-Pruden, Star, and many other building systems.

Mike Miller – Pre-Engineered Metal Building Specialist

Mike has over thirty years of experience in construction and structural steel detailing.  He is responsible for design, drafting, estimating, and material purchases.  He is also the President of the local Builders Exchange involved with construction projects in Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota.
