Columbus USDA Offices

This building is occupied by several USDA agencies, such as Farm Service Agency (FSA), Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) and Rural Development (RD).

The building is a 70' x 85' standard wood framed building, with vinyl siding and 4 inch face brick exterior wainscot over stud walls. The roof is a 4-12 pitch with traditional decking and asphalt shingles.

The entrance is a commercial grade aluminum framed glass door, with a quarry tile and carpet foyer which offers two separate directions for the customer to use depending on the service they require.

It features traditional drywall interior walls, solid oak doors, trimmed in oak. The floors are concrete with commercial carpeting throughout, except in storage and break areas, which are vinyl tile.

In 2005, a 1000+ sq. ft. addition was added to the building to incorporate 3 offices, increase general office space and create a larger designated conference room. In conjunction with expansion, additional parking was added to allow employees a designated area and increase customer parking.

Fire Station - Wayne, NE

This building is a traditional 90' x 183' metal building with a 1-12 pitch standing seam roof. The building incorporates Varco Pruden Arctic White Panel-Rib wall panels to an height of 20 feet to allow for 12' and 14' overhead doors, and Ash Gray trim around doors and windows.

The building, canopies, and bell tower use Leaf Green SSR roof panels. The building has a surface brick wainscot, and the bell tower uses complimentary brick around the base of its supports.

Elworth's Harley-Davidson - Norfolk, NE

Elworth's Harley-Davidson is a 80' x 120' Varco Pruden pre-engineered metal building. The multi-level roof line covers an 27' x 120' upper mezzanine storage deck in the center of the building which overlooks the show room floor. The building incorporates a parts department, warehouse and a service department, in addition to the main floor show room.

The building uses Varco Pruden Colonial Red Panel-Rib wall panels, Patrician Bronze Panel-Rib roof panels at a 3:12 pitch, and a combination of Patrician Bronze and Cool Regal White trim.

Some features inside the building are a stamped concrete floor in the show room, a rustic wood floor section in front of the service department, offices, rest rooms and parts department.

Crafts Incorporated erected "The Hog Barn" as it is known unofficially, using our highly experienced crews and other aspects of the project were done using local area professionals specializing in their respective trades.

Ptak and Stratton Law Offices - Norfolk, NE

These offices are set in a traditional wood framed building with an attractive brick veneer pattern. It features a cedar shake roof and a full basement under 1/2 of the building.

The interior has a premium office finish featuring glass block accents and professionally decorated office suites.

Benjamin Plaza - Norfolk, NE

This plaza is a 17,000 square foot L-shape, with dimensions of 50 feet wide x 340 feet length and 18' high.

It's a Varco-Pruden pre-engineered building featuring a glass and brick store front with a 6 foot mansard canopy. It uses a Galvalume standing seam roof, and panel-rib wall sheets on the back side of the building.

The site features an eye catching clock tower.

Hrouda Law Offices - Norfolk, NE

This wood framed, brick veneered building is used for professional offices. It utilizes an interesting 2 story design with the lower level accessed at the back of the building.

The roof is an architectural dark bronze standing seam panel which compliments the dark brick and white trim.

The Karpet Shop - Norfolk, NE

This 70' x 120' building houses a display area, office and a warehouse. The large well lit display area is in the front of the building with the warehouse behind it.

The building freatures an inset / outset girt condition to create a pleasing appearance at a very reasonable price. Covering the building is a Panel-Rib roof, Ash Gray Panel-Rib walls, and V-Rib facia panels.

Lou's Thrifty Way - Norfolk, NE

A 12' x 102' addition and renovation was done to the front of the building in 2001. It's a wood framed structure with standing seam roof panels behind the front facade. The brick veneer rises to a height of 10 feet with EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) above.

The fresh appearance of the the store has been a great improvement for business.

Luken Memorial - Norfolk, NE

This office / retail building features a Varco-Pruden pre-engineered structure with hip and valley panel rib roof design. Lower level offices are accessed from the back. The building exterior features brick with granite trim.

First National Bank - Addition - Norfolk, NE

A 3300 square foot addition to the existing bank building was completed in 2005.

The addition is steel framed, with a brick veneer and EIFS exterior. It features a premium interior finish, and climate control for the facility is a closed loop water to air heat pump system using 40 wells.

Dr. Phillip A. Samuels Office - Norfolk, NE

This building, completed in 2005, is a light gage steel framed 6700 square foot medical office with expansion space for a future tenant or additional medical staff.

Some of it's features area premium interior finish with a continuous suspended ceiling for sound control, granite window sills, Corian counter tops, a slate tile entry way and an under concrete snow melt system at the entrances.

Sterling Computers - Norfolk, NE

This 56' x 120' office building, completed in 2004, incorporates a western ranch style theme. Overall, it is a attractive combination of painted metal panels, brick veneer, and wood.

The building features a layout of offices around the building perimeter with and open area in the center for flexible computer cubicle arrangement.

Hamilton County USDA - Aurora, NE

This 59' x 74' wood framed building completed in 2004, incorporates a brick veneer and lap siding exterior. It houses the Farm Service Agency (FSA) and Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) for the USDA.

The building is fully wired for an integrated computer system.

Omaha Retail Center - Omaha, NE

Crafts Incorporated provided a Varco-Pruden pre-engineered building structure and erection for this high profile strip mall.

The building uses an interesting and attractive exterior finish of two-tone EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System), brick and split faced colored block. It features a VP standing seam roof with architectural metal panels on the towers.
