Design / Build

We can take your design, from sketch to finished product with as little or as much personal involvement you would like to invest. Your input on designs, exterior and interior finishes, fixtures and treatments are valued. If you have specific designs or items you want to incorporate, please tell us.

If you prefer to have an architect involved with your project, there are several professional architects with which we have business relationships, or we can work with one of your choice.

Property Development

In addition to your building, we can design and develop your property, working with local civil engineers to conform to requirements in your location. We can develop parking and traffic flow, as well as prepare for any signage that you may want, whether attached to the building or not. We can do this through our ability to sub-contract with the premier professionals in their various areas of expertise.

Building and Property – Design / Build / Lease

This is another option for customers, who can't afford or don't want the initial expense of new construction.

In association with a group of investors collectively known as Northwinds Development, we can design, build and develop a facility and property, allowing the customer the ability to lease the package for a fixed multi-year term.

This option allows the customer to get into a new building and desired property at a lower initial cost.

In addition, the maintenance of the grounds and major building services are something you don't need to worry about. Grounds keeping, snow removal, building maintenance and repair (plumbing, heating, cleaning, etc.) can all be done by other professionals, leaving you more time to concentrate on your business.

Repair Services available

We can also repair standard residential or commercial construction interior or exterior damage. Whether they are caused by natural disasters, fire, or accidents, we can do it.

Structural Remodeling Services and Sub-Contracting available

If you are considering remodeling an existing building or home, we can assist you with the major structural components, as well as sub-contract finishing contractors for both the interior and exteriors of the project.
